Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Green Tea Steeped in 1 cup of water or 1 tsp matcha whisked into warm water.
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Grapes Or fresh seedless grapes.
  • 2/3 cup Frozen Peaches Or frozen mango.
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4-5 pieces Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Steep the green tea bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. If using matcha, whisk it with warm water until frothy.
  • Allow the tea to cool slightly, then combine it in a high-speed blender with the banana, almond milk, frozen grapes, frozen peaches, spinach, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
