Steep the green tea bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. If using matcha, whisk it with warm water until frothy.
Allow the tea to cool slightly, then combine it in a high-speed blender with the banana, almond milk, frozen grapes, frozen peaches, spinach, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
