For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with non-dairy alternatives.
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced Add more for a stronger garlic flavor.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Can be replaced with a dairy-free version.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Adds brightness to the sauce.
  • Fresh parsley optional chopped (for garnish) Enhances presentation and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the Parmesan until melted. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • In a bowl, place a serving of broccoli, add sliced grilled chicken, and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
