Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetables

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grilling Chicken

  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Cooking Broccoli

  • Steam the broccoli florets in a steamer for about 4-5 minutes until tender but still bright green.

Making Garlic Sauce

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley. Mix well until creamy and smooth.

Assembly

  • Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on one side of a bowl.
  • Add the steamed broccoli on the other side.
  • Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce generously over chicken and broccoli.

Notes
