Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil helps coat and carry flavors, preventing sticking

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced pungent and savory

Instructions
 

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or a sealable plastic bag. Mix or shake well until evenly blended.
  • Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2 to 4 hours. Avoid exceeding 24 hours.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off before grilling.
  • Grill chicken on medium heat until fully cooked, about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Notes

Do not reuse marinade that touched raw chicken unless boiled first. Adjust fresh herbs or spices to your preference. Try different marinade variations for new flavors.
