Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Chopped parsley for serving
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and garlic powder to create the marinade.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread 4-6 shrimp onto each skewer.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a moment before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon slices.
