For the toppings

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Adds a fluffy topping.
  • 1 tablespoon red heart sprinkles Provides festive bursts of color.
  • 1 tablespoon red and green sprinkles Complements the overall theme.
  • 1 cup red heart candies or gummies Adds the perfect sweet finish.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and chopped white chocolate.
  • Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and stir occasionally until the white chocolate melts and the mixture reaches a simmer, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Once melted and smooth, add a drop or two of green food coloring and stir until well combined.

Serving

  • Pour the Grinch Hot Chocolate into mugs, filling each three-quarters full.
  • Top each mug with mini marshmallows, red and green sprinkles, and red heart candies or gummies.

Notes
