Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Introduce the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks until browned.
Stir in the paprika, thyme, salt, white pepper, bouillon powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the chopped cabbage and fold it into the mixture, cooking for about 5 minutes until it starts to wilt.
Incorporate the carrots and pour in the beef broth, allowing the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
