Shred the cheddar cheese and set aside with the half and half.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then add the diced onion and cook until soft. Drain excess grease.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in salt, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Cook for 3 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping the pan. Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook pasta separately in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Slowly stir in the half and half, then add shredded cheese until fully melted.
Stir in cooked pasta and mix until well coated. Serve warm with garlic bread or salad.
