(10.5 oz. each) Cream of Potato Condensed Soup

(12 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

teaspoon
garlic powder

thyme
1/2 - 3/4
teaspoon
cracked pepper
Sea salt
to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and brown the ground beef until cooked through.
If frozen, defrost mixed vegetables in the microwave. Drain any excess oil from the skillet once the beef is browned.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, Cream of Potato Soup, thawed mixed vegetables, thyme, garlic powder, cracked pepper, and sea salt.
Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan. Pour the beef and vegetable mixture into the crust and cover with the second crust. Seal and crimp the edges.
Whisk together the egg and water, then brush the mixture over the top crust. Cut small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
