Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and orange food coloring until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Allow to cool completely in the dish before slicing into squares.
