Instructions
Line a baking sheet or cutting board with wax paper.
Melt half of the white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, using 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dip each vanilla wafer cookie into the melted almond bark, coating well, then place on the wax paper to harden.
Once set, divide the cookies into thirds for decorating.
Melt each color of candy melts in sealable sandwich bags, kneading until smooth.
Pipe a round dollop of melted candy over each cookie and place a chocolate chip in the center.
Use a toothpick dipped in red gel food coloring to create squiggles over the white parts of the cookies.
Allow everything to set before serving.
