Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth.
Add sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
Incorporate the egg, mixing on low speed until just combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
Prepare the crust by placing crushed Halloween Oreo cookies in the bottom of ramekins or a baking pan.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, filling the ramekins or pan.
Bake at 285°F (140°C) for 20-30 minutes, until set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
Let cool in the oven with the door ajar for 30 minutes. Then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with crushed Halloween Oreos and drizzle with chocolate topping.
