Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp clear vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, blending until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  • Gently fold in the Halloween sprinkles without overmixing.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are slightly soft.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
