  • 1 large egg Acts as a binder for the meatballs.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Cranberry Glaze

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Can use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds tanginess to the glaze.
  • 1 tablespoon honey For sweetness; can vary based on preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  • While the meatballs bake, prepare the glaze by combining cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir occasionally until the mixture is warmed through.

Serving

  • Once the meatballs are baked, toss them in the warmed cranberry glaze before serving.
  • Serve as an appetizer or over rice or quinoa for a main dish.
