  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken Use rotisserie for convenience if desired.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for desired spice level.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella) Divide into half for topping.
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped Chop for garnishing and mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust as per preference.

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh herbs for garnish Optional, for presentation.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, half of the shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
