  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use low-fat or non-fat for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken Ensure chicken is properly cooked and shredded.
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to spice preference.
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with sour cream for a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Reserve half for topping.
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped Adds freshness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce. Mix well.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, half of the cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
