Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups cooked chicken breast chopped or shredded, or 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large baking dish, combine the chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and buffalo sauce.
  • Using a spatula, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Optional: Garnish with sliced green onions and drizzle with additional buffalo sauce before serving.
