chopped or shredded, or 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

plain Greek yogurt

cream cheese

buffalo sauce

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large baking dish, combine the chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and buffalo sauce.
Using a spatula, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Garnish with sliced green onions and drizzle with additional buffalo sauce before serving.
