Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz Lite Coconut Milk (1 3/4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 2 cups Frozen Mango
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare your high-powered blender.
  • Layer the ingredients in the blender: start with coconut milk, then add Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen mango, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high until smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds).
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut milk and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass or bowl and enjoy!
