  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or gluten-free cookies Use gluten-free options if needed

Toppings

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare your jars or containers.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, crush the graham crackers or cookies until fine.

Layering

  • Layer the ingredients in the jars starting with the crushed cookies at the bottom.
  • Spoon a generous layer of the protein cheesecake mixture over the crumbs.
  • Repeat the layers until you fill your jars, finishing with a layer of the cheesecake mixture.
  • Top with fresh fruit and optional nuts or seeds.

Chilling

  • Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld.
