Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Mix in honey and soy sauce, whisking until smooth. Cook for another 3 minutes to meld flavors.
Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet skin-side down. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the salmon, ensuring it is well coated.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and spoon any leftover sauce over the salmon before serving.
