Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup salted butter or olive oil as a substitute
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Mix in honey and soy sauce, whisking until smooth. Cook for another 3 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet skin-side down. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the salmon, ensuring it is well coated.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and spoon any leftover sauce over the salmon before serving.
