Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie Mix
  • 24 ounces Hot Fudge Sauce Divided, with some reserved for topping
  • 1/3 cup Canola Oil
  • 3 pieces Eggs Preferably at room temperature

For Topping

  • 12 ounces Additional Hot Fudge Sauce For drizzling on top

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, 12 ounces of hot fudge sauce, canola oil, and eggs. Stir until well combined but do not over-mix.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and shake to settle.
  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Use a toothpick to test for doneness; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • If the toothpick comes out wet, bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Allow the loaf to cool completely in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.

Finishing Touch

  • Heat the remaining hot fudge sauce and drizzle it over the cooled loaf.
  • Allow the fudge to harden slightly before slicing.
  • Slice and serve your Hot Fudgey Brownie Bread.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and avoid overbaking. Also, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
