  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 piece Egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce Adjust according to taste
  • Oil for frying Oil for frying

Preparation

  • Season the chicken cutlets evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Set up a breading station with all-purpose flour in one shallow bowl, beaten egg in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.

Breading

  • Coat each cutlet in flour, shake off excess, then dip in beaten egg ensuring complete coverage.
  • Press cutlet into breadcrumbs, making sure it is well-covered.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Add breaded cutlets to the skillet and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Hot Honey Glaze

  • In a small bowl, mix together honey and hot sauce, adjusting the heat level to taste.
  • Once cutlets are fried, remove them from oil, drain on paper towel, and drizzle with hot honey glaze.
