all-purpose flour

tsp
rapid rise yeast
1.25

salt

warm water
(between 105°F and 110°F)
to taste
coarse salt
for sprinkling
olive oil
for brushing the loaf
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Stir to mix well.
Pour in the warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Spray the liner of the Instant Pot with non-stick spray. Place the dough in the pot.
Close the lid and set to the Yogurt setting for 4 hours to allow the dough to rise.
After rising, remove the dough and shape it into a loaf on a floured surface. Let it rest while preheating the oven to 450°F (232°C).
Place a Dutch oven in the oven while it preheats. Brush the loaf with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Once preheated, take out the Dutch oven and line it with parchment paper. Place the loaf inside, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Store bread at room temperature in a breadbox or wrapped in plastic. For longer storage, freeze wrapped slices.
