onion powder

garlic powder

beef broth

Instructions
Rub the chuck roast generously with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, and pepper.
Set Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add olive oil and sear the roast on both sides until browned.
Add beef broth to the pot, then cover and seal. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally. Once done, shred the beef using forks and stir in lime juice.
Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve as tacos, salads, or sandwiches.
