Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and cook for about 10-12 minutes until caramelized, stirring often.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Toast hamburger buns until golden brown.
Spoon beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
Place the top bun over each sandwich and serve immediately.
