Instructions
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
Layer the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Once cooked, sprinkle fresh parsley over the dish before serving.
