Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Layer the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  • In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle fresh parsley over the dish before serving.
