  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispy skin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until it forms a marinade.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  • Rub the marinade over the chicken thighs, ensuring to get it under the skin.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken for 35-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching closely.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
