Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup red grapes (halved)
  • 3 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp. salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dill (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, halved grapes, and chopped celery.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix until everything is well coated.
  • Stir in chopped green onions, sliced almonds, salt, pepper, and dill (if using).
  • For best flavor, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve on a bed of greens, in lettuce wraps, or with your preferred toppings.
