  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use a smooth texture for better dough consistency.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, mozzarella cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the dough into four to six equal portions, and shape each portion into a bagel form, creating a hole in the middle.
  • Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have enough space between them.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving.

Notes
