  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use high-quality cottage cheese for the best results.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour Can be substituted with coconut flour with adjusted quantities.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, and eggs. Mix well to break up any large chunks of cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Add in the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until achieving a dough-like consistency.
  • Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to form a pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Let the crust cool slightly before adding your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your delicious keto pizza.
