Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Nonfat or Low-Fat Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (or ground flaxseeds)
  • 1 Tbsp Key Lime Juice (or regular lime juice)
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Zest
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp Granola Cereal (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, key lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir the ingredients together until well-blended, ensuring all oats are coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or container with a lid.
  • Seal the container and refrigerate for at least three hours, preferably overnight.
  • In the morning, add granola on top before serving, if desired.
