Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 cups leafy greens (like baby spinach or kale)
  • 2 cups coconut water or water/milk if preferred
  • 1 cup kiwi (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare your leafy greens.
  • Add the leafy greens and coconut water to the blender first.
  • Add the chopped kiwi, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and frozen banana.
  • If using, add the protein powder.
  • Blend on high until smooth, adding more coconut water as needed for desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then pour into glasses and enjoy!
