Layered Christmas Jello Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 4 small boxes Jello 2 boxes cherry and 2 boxes lime (or any green and red flavors)
  • 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
  • Whipped Cream For topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Add one box of Jello (start with cherry) and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Divide the Jello mixture into two bowls. Set one bowl aside for later.
  • Add ½ cup of vanilla yogurt to the first bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the yogurt-Jello mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes, or until set.
  • Return to the reserved Jello mixture and add 3 tablespoons of water to thin it out.
  • Once the yogurt layer is set, carefully pour the reserved Jello layer on top and return to the fridge to set.
  • Repeat the process with the second flavor of Jello, starting with the lime flavor.
  • Once all layers are set, top with whipped cream if desired.
