Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup large flake oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dairy milk or plant-based beverage
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, lemon zest, and maple syrup.
  • Add Greek yogurt and milk, stirring until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or mason jars and seal tightly.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
  • Before serving, gently fold in fresh blueberries and top with walnuts if desired.
