plain Greek yogurt

lemon zest

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, lemon zest, and maple syrup.
Add Greek yogurt and milk, stirring until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or mason jars and seal tightly.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
Before serving, gently fold in fresh blueberries and top with walnuts if desired.
