Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the salmon fillet into equal portions, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the salmon for 12 to 14 minutes until flaky and slightly crisp.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Whisk in lemon juice, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute until slightly thickened.
Once the salmon is done, plate it and pour the lemon butter sauce over each portion.
