Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 lb Fresh Salmon Fillet
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Separated.
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Finely chopped.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the salmon fillet into equal portions, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the salmon for 12 to 14 minutes until flaky and slightly crisp.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Whisk in lemon juice, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute until slightly thickened.
  • Once the salmon is done, plate it and pour the lemon butter sauce over each portion.
