Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets skin off
  • 1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 piece Lemon Zest finely grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely grated
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the baking tray: Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, and cooking salt.
  • Add the salmon fillets to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the lemon mixture.
  • Preheat your grill or broiler to 280°C (maximum temperature).
  • Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking tray, ensuring space between each.
  • Slide the tray under the grill and cook for about 11 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  • After grilling, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and grated parmesan, if desired. Serve with lemon slices.
