Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 3 packs 3 packs cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • 0.5 cups ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups ½ cup heavy whipping cream Use cold whipping cream for best results.
  • 2 large 2 eggs Room temperature is preferred.
  • 7 pieces 7 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes

Toppings

  • 1 cup 1 cup white chocolate Chopped or chips work well.
  • 0.33 cups ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream (for ganache)
  • to taste Green sprinkles For decoration.
  • to taste Red buttercream frosting For decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray.
  • Pulse graham crackers in a food processor until finely crushed, combine with melted butter, press firmly into the pan, and bake for about 10 minutes.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a stand mixer, cream the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour in heavy whipping cream and mix until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until incorporated.
  • Pour half the filling over the cooled crust, arrange Christmas Tree Cakes on top, and fill with the remaining batter.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 200°F (93°C) and bake for an additional 50-53 minutes or until edges are set.
  • Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly cracked for 15 minutes.

Chilling & Decoration

  • Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature before refrigerating it overnight.
  • To make the ganache, heat ⅓ cup of heavy cream until hot, pour over white chocolate, let sit for 3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  • Pour ganache over the cheesecake, decorate with green sprinkles and red buttercream.

Serving

  • Slice and serve the cheesecake, enjoying with warm beverages to complement the festive flavors.
