Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.
In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Dip each seasoned chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, then into the cheese-garlic mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, spaced evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
