Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.
  • In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  • Dip each seasoned chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, then into the cheese-garlic mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, spaced evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
