Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Grease a loaf pan with olive oil or line with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the pan, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
