Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
Grease a loaf pan with olive oil or line with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
