  • 1 piece low-carb tortilla
  • 3 slices salami High-quality deli salami recommended.
  • 3 slices pepperoni Spicy or regular, as per preference.
  • 2 slices provolone cheese Feel free to substitute with mozzarella or pepper jack.
  • 1-2 tbsp banana peppers Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1-2 tsp Italian dressing (light or homemade)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients in one spot.
  • Heat your skillet on medium heat.
  • Lay your low-carb tortilla flat in the pan.
  • On one half of the tortilla, place the provolone cheese.
  • Layer the salami and pepperoni over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle banana peppers on top.
  • Drizzle Italian dressing over your filling.
  • Fold the tortilla over and gently press down.

Cooking

  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side or until golden brown.
  • Flip the wrap and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Remove the wrap from the skillet and let it cool slightly.
  • Slice into halves or quarters and enjoy!
