Toppings (optional)

  • 1/2 cup mango Chopped for added freshness and texture.
  • 1/2 medium banana Sliced to enhance creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut chips Toasted for a bit of crunch and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel and chop the banana, mango, and peach into manageable pieces.
  • Add the chopped fruits into your blender or food processor.
  • Pour in the coconut milk or your chosen liquid, adjusting the amount for desired thickness.
  • If using, sprinkle the bee pollen over the fruits.
  • Blend until you reach your desired consistency, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  • If too thick, gradually add more liquid and blend again until smooth.
  • Transfer the blended smoothie to a bowl or tall glass.
  • Top with chopped mango, banana slices, and toasted coconut chips if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use ripe fruits. You can freeze fruits beforehand for a creamier texture. The smoothie is easily customizable with various liquids and toppings.
