Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey adjust for preferred sweetness
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Measure and prepare your fruits. If using fresh, peel and cut them into chunks.
  • In a high-speed blender, add pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and the peeled banana.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and orange juice.
  • Add Greek yogurt and honey, adjusting honey for sweetness as desired.
  • Blend on medium speed, then increase to high until smooth and creamy.
  • If too thick, add a splash of orange juice or coconut milk; if too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple or mango if desired.
