  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced Look for ripe mangoes that yield slightly to pressure.

Sweetener and Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/4 cup granola or muesli Adds crunch to the bowl.
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or cashews) For added texture and nutrition.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds Great source of omega-3 fatty acids.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) Adds a burst of color and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut it into small cubes to yield about one cup of diced mango.

Assembly

  • In a bowl, scoop out the yogurt. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  • Layer the yogurt in a serving bowl or glass and add the mango cubes on top.
  • Sprinkle granola or muesli over the mango for crunch.
  • Top with mixed nuts and chia or flax seeds.
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Serving

  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mango yogurt bowl.
