Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon (1 pound total)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  • Drizzle about one-third of the maple glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Bake the salmon for about 15 to 20 minutes, basting with more glaze halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon before serving.
  • Check for doneness; the salmon should flake easily with a fork and be opaque.
