Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
Drizzle about one-third of the maple glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake the salmon for about 15 to 20 minutes, basting with more glaze halfway through.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon before serving.
Check for doneness; the salmon should flake easily with a fork and be opaque.
