Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a 9x13 baking pan, combine uncooked pasta, spaghetti sauce, milk, water, frozen meatballs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Cover the baking pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove the foil and check pasta doneness. If needed, cover and bake for a few more minutes.
Once pasta is tender, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let the casserole sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
