Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Drain excess grease from the skillet.
Reduce heat and stir in softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add drained diced tomatoes and refried beans, mixing well.
Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
