Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 package Cream Cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 10 oz, drained
  • 1 can Refried Beans 15 oz
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Green Onions chopped, for garnish
  • Tortilla Chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  • Drain excess grease from the skillet.
  • Reduce heat and stir in softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add drained diced tomatoes and refried beans, mixing well.
  • Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
