Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained

Creamy Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Vegetables and Seasonings

  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Serving

  • 1 bag tortilla chips for serving

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and drain the corn and green chilies thoroughly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn and diced green chilies.
  • Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, and mix well until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Fold in the diced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
  • Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to enhance flavors.
  • After chilling, stir again and transfer to a serving dish.

Notes
