Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 2 large large flour tortillas Use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 cup refried beans Homemade refried beans are recommended for better flavor.

For the Topping

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef Season with taco seasoning.
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese You can experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa Use your favorite type of salsa.
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling on tortillas.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream For topping.
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly drizzle the flour tortillas with olive oil and place them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they become somewhat crunchy.
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain any excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef with a splash of water and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Chop the onions and slice the black olives.

Assembly

  • Spread a layer of refried beans over each crispy tortilla.
  • Pile on the seasoned ground beef and sprinkle the cheeses over the top.

Baking

  • Return the pizzas to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Top with onions, sliced olives, chopped tomatoes, and cilantro.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream on each pizza.
  • Slice into wedges and serve with salsa or guacamole.

Notes
