Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  • Prepare your chosen protein by grilling, sautéing, or roasting until fully cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the chopped onion and cilantro in a bowl.

Assembly

  • Layer cooked protein in a warm tortilla.
  • Add a generous spoonful of the onion-cilantro mixture.
  • Top with salsa or pico de gallo, avocado or guacamole, and sliced radishes.
  • Sprinkle with salt or any additional seasonings. Serve with lime wedges.
