Preparation

  • Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet, ensuring 2 inches of space between each.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes, then gently roll the cookies in powdered sugar.
  • Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
